A private community with high standards
Las Campanas is a private, gated community northwest of Santa Fe, with custom homes on large lots spread across rolling piñon and juniper country. Driveways here tend to be long, with parking courts and turnarounds sized for guests and service vehicles. The community has its own design guidelines and review process, so driveway work usually starts with a submittal.
How we work in Las Campanas
- Owner authorization and gate access. We coordinate entry through the owner or property manager.
- Site walk. Slope, drainage, snow storage, existing landscaping and how equipment will get in.
- Submittal package. Written scope, materials, dimensions and a site sketch for review. See design-review projects.
- Work to the approval. Within community hours and staging rules, with landscaping protected.
- Clean finish. Edges, transitions and the site left the way the community expects.

Common projects
- Replacing or resurfacing aging asphalt drives and courts
- Chip seal for drives where a natural stone finish is preferred
- Drainage corrections where runoff or snowmelt crosses the drive
- Fall crack sealing and sealcoating to protect existing pavement
- Repairs to winter-damaged edges and heaved sections
Property managers and builders
Many Las Campanas homes are managed while owners are away. We're happy to work through property managers and builders, provide photos before and after, and schedule around the owner's calendar. More on driveway paving in Las Campanas.

Questions we hear
Do I need approval for driveway work in Las Campanas?
Most changes visible from outside need design review. Check with the community or have us prepare a submittal.
Can you work with my property manager?
Yes — we can coordinate access, scheduling and photo updates through them.
Do you pave the community's roads?
Community roads are handled by the association. We're glad to bid that work through the association's process.
