Typical Las Campanas driveway work
Las Campanas homes are custom and many driveways were built when the homes were. After years of freeze-thaw, plowing and sun, the most common needs are:
- Resurfacing faded, cracked asphalt with a milled, flush overlay
- Edge and section repairs where plows or runoff broke the pavement
- Drainage corrections where snowmelt crosses and ices the drive
- Chip seal where a stone finish is preferred
- Fall crack sealing and sealcoating to protect what's there
Our process
- Coordinate access with the owner, manager or builder.
- Walk and photograph the drive, with a written condition summary.
- Prepare the submittal — scope, materials, dimensions and a sketch.
- Schedule around community work hours and the owner's calendar.
- Complete and report — before and after photos for owners who are away.

Built for the winters here
Las Campanas sits on rolling high ground northwest of town. Long drives need snow storage planned, plow-ready edges and drainage that keeps meltwater off the surface. See driveways in snow country.
Questions we hear
Can you send updates to an owner who's out of town?
Yes — photos and a short written update before, during and after.
Do repairs need design review?
Like-for-like repairs often don't, but material or footprint changes usually do. We'll help you check.
Do you do new driveways for new homes?
Yes — often coordinated with the builder's schedule.
