Eldorado drives
Most Eldorado homes sit on large lots, and many drives are gravel or crusher fines. They work until spring mud, summer washouts and winter plowing start taking their toll. Wind adds drifting snow in winter and blowing grit in spring.
Our approach
- Look at drifting and drainage. Where snow piles, where water crosses, where the drive dips.
- Reuse good material as part of the new base.
- Regrade and add base where thin or soft.
- Surface — asphalt near the house, chip seal on the run, or all asphalt.
- Finish edges so plows don't catch them and wind doesn't undercut them.

Questions we hear
Asphalt or chip seal in Eldorado?
Both work. Many owners use asphalt near the house and chip seal toward the road.
Can you help with drifting snow?
We can plan snow storage and shoulder shaping to reduce drifts on the drive.
Do I need approval?
